It was not long ago there were a couple of headhunters based out of little town Portland, Oregon that owned the electronic distribution industry when it came to building new start ups and strengthening sales teams in the top 50.  Big kids at heart with big pay days meant court side Blazer games, baseball games, travels to world cup soccer matches, too many trips to Vegas, fast cars, and of course cases upon cases of sports cards were going to be our 401K plan.  OK... so we were not financial planners, but sure new how to find and attract the best available talent in any market for any client in any industry. 

We took pride in building a sales team.  It was like putting together a sports team and winning was everything.  There were no points for second place.  It was all about the people that make a company what it is.  That's the true value of a company. 

A few things have changed since, but our old school recruiting method and style remains the same.

Brett trained and worked side by side with one of the best headhunters in North America that knew and understood the electronic distribution industry better than some of the CEOs in the top 50 and if you ever had the pleasure of getting his call, you could hear in his voice the passion he had not only for his clients but sincere interest in candidates as well, and by the time the conversation was over (btw. he did most of the talking) you either just changed your whole schedule to interview the next day or you were getting your checkbook out to send us a retainer to help build your own sales team and company.
